The work included all new plumbing, duct-work and electrical systems. New curved Mahogany staircase, reclaimed wood-flooring in various species, walnut-paneled rooms with integrated cabinets, wood-burning stove and fireplace with new terracotta liners, two bathrooms with Duravit fixtures, new kitchen and skylight.
