New mechanicals ( electrical, plumbing, HVHC and ductless ac system), two new bathrooms
(one with marble slaps, large tub and two walls of mosaic tiles, the other one featured an enclosed stem shower), two bedrooms with several sets of double custom pocket and folding doors. A large part of the job was the build in mill-work in the bedrooms, and bathrooms
